My name is Don Gerhart I was in your office Thursday afternoon around 5 o'clock and spoke to two of your employees about a broken table I had and how I could fix it. I had to have two pieces custom-made which were done prior, however, they didn't quite fit. I brought them back explaining my issue, they immediately took the pieces that needed to be fixed and fixed them. I'm by no means a Carpenter but they explained to me how I could put it together myself and with their explanation it went marvelously!
I'm writing this email because the two employees that I spoke with could not of been more helpful and more pleasant! You have a great crew over there and I look forward to buying more furniture from you guys in the future.
